My Email Domain is Already Registered, What do I do?

If during registration you receive an error message that your company's email domain is already in use, this means that your company already has an account on our network and the rating process will follow a different process.

Your company's account holder will be notified that your customer/client has requested an FHR of your company and they will either receive a share request or a request to update their rating, if it is older than 12 months.
