If during registration you receive an error message that your email address is already in use, this means that you already have an account on our FHR Exchange and cannot create another account using the same email address. Please use the forgot my password button on the login page to reset your password.
If your company is already rated on our Exchange, you will not need to register another account. If a request is received for your company to share or update your company's rating, a request will be sent to your company's account holder for processing.
