Member Credit Cost Matrix

Credit allotments, FastTrack acceptance allotments, and per-action costs across every FHR Exchange package. Includes the FastTrack overflow model for Pro and Pro+ and Outreach conversion refund logic

The FHR Exchange uses two separate allotments to price member activity: a credit balance used for most actions, and a FastTrack acceptance allotment used specifically when you accept a Financial Health Rating shared to you through FastTrack. Every package includes both. This article covers the allotments each package receives, how credits are spent, and how the FastTrack allotment interacts with credits for members on Pro packages.

Credit allotments by package

Credits are the general unit of consumption on the FHR Exchange. They are deducted when you view a Public Company FHR, retrieve a RiskPulse report, request a Refresh, or (on Pro+) initiate an Outreach.

Credits are valid for the annual contract term. Unspent credits expire at the end of the term and do not roll over. Credits carry over if you upgrade to a higher package mid-term, and Pro members can purchase add-on credit bundles if they exhaust their package allotment.

Your current credit balance is always visible in the credit summary widget on the Supplier Management page.

FastTrack acceptance allotments by package

Every package also includes a set number of free FastTrack share acceptances. This is a separate quota from your credit balance. Sending FastTrack invitations is always unlimited and never consumes an allotment or credit; the allotment is only consumed when you accept a share that a supplier has shared back to you.

For Basic and Essential members, FastTrack acceptances never consume credits. The free allotment is the only way to accept a FastTrack share on those packages, and once it is exhausted the only path to accepting more shares is a package upgrade.

For Pro and Pro+ members, the free allotment is always consumed first. Once it is exhausted, each additional accepted share deducts 7.5 credits from your credit balance. If a Pro member runs out of credits as well, they are prompted to buy add-on credits or upgrade. Pro+ members see an add-on credits prompt only, since there is no higher package to upgrade to.

Your current FastTrack allotment usage is displayed on the homepage (FastTrack Quota Usage Summary widget), in the Available Shares tab header, and in the Accept Share confirmation modal. For the full mechanics of how FastTrack works, see Rate Your Own Suppliers.

What each credit-consuming action costs

Basic and Essential credits can only be spent on Public Company FHRs. Every other credit event is restricted to Pro packages.

Key: − prefix = deduction, + prefix = refund, 0 = tracked with no charge, blank = not applicable to this package.

Note on FastTrack for Basic and Essential: the FastTrack row above shows credit deductions only. Basic and Essential members do not draw on credits for FastTrack acceptances at all. All of their FastTrack activity is governed by the free FastTrack allotment described in the section above.

How conversion refunds work for Outreach

For Pro+ members using Outreach, the credit logic accounts for situations where an Outreach request changes type or closes without producing a private rating. The principle is that you only pay for the end state of the Outreach.

If an Outreach is closed as an exception, the original 15 credits are refunded in full (net: 0). If the supplier is identified as a Public company already in our database, 14 credits are refunded and 1 credit is deducted for the Public Company FHR view (net: −1).

If an Outreach is converted to a Refresh, the original 15 credits are refunded and 13.5 credits are deducted (net: −13.5). If that Refresh is then closed as an exception, the 13.5 credits are refunded in full (net: 0).

If an Outreach is converted to a Share, the original 15 credits are refunded and 7.5 credits are deducted when the share offer is created (net: −7.5). If the share request closes unsuccessful, the 7.5 credits are refunded (net: 0). Any further conversion follows the same rule: refund the previous deduction and apply the new one.

How the FastTrack allotment behaves on upgrades and downgrades

The FastTrack allotment resets or transfers separately from credits when you change packages.

If you upgrade from Basic to any paid package, your FastTrack allotment resets to the new package's full amount. Unused Basic allotment does not carry over. Previously accepted FHRs remain accessible.

If you upgrade between paid packages, you pay the price difference and your FastTrack allotment becomes remaining plus the difference between package totals. For example, an Essential member with 5 of 15 remaining who upgrades to Pro 50 lands with 15 of 20 remaining.

Moving between Pro bundles (Pro 50, Pro 150, Pro 250) does not change the FastTrack allotment. All three bundles share one 20-share allotment, so a move between them does not reset or restore it. Only an upgrade to Pro+ adds free FastTrack shares (remaining + 10).

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current subscription term. You keep access to all previously accepted FHRs and start the new period with the lower package's full annual allotment. A downgrade to Basic uses a lifetime calculation: your remaining Basic allotment equals 10 minus your lifetime accepted shares, floored at 0. A member with 3 lifetime accepts returns to Basic with 7 free acceptances available; a member with 10 or more returns with 0 (acceptance locked, upgrade banner shown).
